You’ve booked your date—now the fun really begins.

Once your wedding is officially secured at White Oak Farm, planning starts to unfold in a way that’s exciting, creative, and honestly a little magical. Here’s a glimpse into the journey of wedding planning looks like at White Oak Farm.

First up: building your vendor team. This is where you start bringing your wedding to life by choosing the people who will make it all happen—your caterer, photographer, videographer, DJ, florist, and more. These are the vendors who will help shape the look, feel, and energy of your day.

From there, things start getting more personal and fun. You’ll begin thinking through your wedding style, décor ideas, music choices, attire, and all the little details that make the day feel like you. This is also when save-the-dates usually go out and your vision really starts coming together.

As the day gets closer, everything shifts into final details mode. Rentals are confirmed, invitations are sent, outfits are fitted, and guest plans start falling into place. You’ll also start working more closely with your coordinator and vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Then comes one of the most important steps—your Final Details meeting with the White Oak Farm team. This is where we walk through your timeline, layout, and all the final pieces so everything flows smoothly and stress-free. Your rehearsal also happens around this time so everyone feels confident and ready.

And then… it’s wedding week. The excitement builds, your people arrive, and suddenly it’s your wedding day at White Oak Farm. All you have to do is show up, soak it in, and celebrate—we’ll handle the rest behind the scenes.
