Food and beverage

  • Yes, you can find in the contact section below the submit form.

  • We will hold dates when requested to do so. A date can be held for a total of 5 consecutive days. If we receive interest in that date during these 5 days, we will notify you and provide a 24-hour period in which the client may drop the hold or move forward with booking.

Event Date, Availalblity, Holds & Bookings

  • Yes - rehearsals are an hour are held on Thursdays

Rehearsals

  • We are flexible and schedule appointments during the week and weekends - email or call for an appointment.

Site Visits

  • Cedar Barn - Up to 300 guests and Poplar Barn - 100 guests

  • Yes, both barns have air conditioning and heat, as well as all the modern amenities.

  • Both barns were built in 2020.

  • Yes, both barns have a bridal suite.

  • Yes, there is a groom’s quarters tucked on the edge of the woods for the guys. If you rent the Cedar Barn - the groom’s quarters is yours.

  • Approximately 250 feet.

  • Yes, you can rent both barns which allows for more options to use - at a lower rate than if rented separately.

  • 12:00 pm to 12:00 am

  • Yes - both venues were built up to code and are handicap accessible

“This was the first venue we looked
at and immediately fell in love.

The grounds which the venue is located are breathtaking and are very large with lots of parking for our guests. The bridal suite and grooms quarters were up to date with AC and made the day perfect since our wedding was in July and they had enough room for all of our bridesmaids and groomsmen. The ceremony was luckily outside and the scene was beautiful with all the green trees and the pond behind it. There are so many places on the grounds to take pictures too so they are not all in one spot. Our experience with White Oak Farm was perfect!

We had no issues the whole day and they truly helped us have our fairytale wedding. We would recommend them to everyone for any event!
